What did you do with your Mustang today?*
thursday night show n shine at A & W. Showed up early for a shaded spot, but it was HOT tonight. another fella brought his GT/CS. He was talking about his detailing methods to another admirer, but i could see tons of swirls in his black paint…then he brought out his spray on dry wash/wax. well…it was more like a 'show n scratch'. I'll have a conversation with him next week about it. poor fella.

Just got back from a fun road trip and treated the Mustang to a set of Kooks Headers and catted x-pipe along with a custom dyno tune from Steeda. Absolutely love the new sound with these headers and x-pipe hooked up to the Bassani exhaust.
I may never turn on the stereo again.

...Please excuse the filthiness of the car, we drove up in a "driving rain storm", no pun intended, it was wicked.

... and when the rain subsided we were greeted with this ...

... checked for a pot of gold but no luck.
I may never turn on the stereo again.

Btw, you CANNOT post something about new exhaust related mods and how GOOD it sounded, withOUT posting a video
Please post a video!!!
Thanx Supersnake04
My bad, FromZto5. Lol
I actually do have some video that I will post soon. Kind of want to replicate an older video I did with the sound of just the Bassani exhaust, compared to now with the headers and x-pipe attached to the Bassani. Going to try to get around to doing it this weekend.

Signed her up for the Car Craft Summer Nationals next weekend.
With the ongoing discussion about oil separators, I dissembled a Moroso large body separator today for cleaning. This design flows air/oil thru the separate inlet and outlet chambers and uses a stainless steel filter screens. Cell phone camera quality ...
took mine to a road course today. Did some laps in both mustangs AND ferraris. The F430 was amazing but i gotta say, drifting in the mustang was LOADS of fun. It was 115 F out there. Only adrenaline kept us from realizing how hot it was. Tires became VERY slick very fast. My own car had to sit out, since i had no roll bar. The '14 mustang V6 was a hella lotta fun out there.
