From what I'm hearing from everybody, there isn't one that "fits" our cars. But, it does fit in there nicely - just have to bend the negative battery cable down so it doesn't go practically straight up in the air off of the terminal.

It's 8002-002 Red Top 34. No problems since I've put it in at all.

Anybody know how to get in touch with Kevin (the CA parts guy) other then through email? I sent him an email about getting the replacement trim panels, but he hasn't replied, yet. And you can't send him a PM. I used to have his phone number. Anybody willing to call him for me? I need right and left 2006 convertible charcoal trim panels that snap on right over where the seat belts come out (I'm sure he'll know what I'm talking about).

My advise would be to call up the Dealership he works at and talk to him that way. I think the Dealership is in Porterville, CA?

Me too, that is why I didn't respond earlier. I assumed someone would have PMd you it by now. I'll post when I get home.

Nope I've called him numerous times to place orders over the phone. Why would he care? It's his job to sell parts. He's the Parts Manager.

Well, I got a hold of Kevin. The pieces were $40 + shipping. Luckily they are very light! Oh, that's for the pair, so I got off pretty cheap.

Don't ever put a hole in your door panels, though!

There's terrible wind noise above 10mph. Remember seeing home movies that were shot on a windy day? Shooting outside a moving car is 10x worse.

I need to set up an external mic inside the car. My Canon must require a certain type because I experimented with a generic mic lastnight and it didn't work. Until then, enjoy the music.

It's funny how we all slow this thread down on the weekends because we are at home, and not at work.

But what's Leo's excuse?

That makes sense.

That's because we spend the whole weekend working on the car. Therefore no time to type

Well normally it's because I'm out with the wife or the stang. Sometimes both. Today It's because I was hanging out with Bill. He shot a bunch of vids which I'm sure he'll post later.

BTW- Bill taught me to drive stick. In his Stang mind you. I can now say I'm the only person on TMS to drive Bill's car.
