Good to hear the struts/springs/panhard/brace is all OK. Still can't wait to hear your thoughts on down the road. You lucked out, usually the guy getting the mod has to do all the hard work...

I have a set of aftermarket 17x9 in bullitts...... newer take-off factory wheels are 17x8 and likely won't work with these tires. Just FYI for whenever you're ready...... 275/40/17 tires will work with factory wheels, but for anything larger including this 325/40 m&h you'll want a 9" wheel or larger.
Oh yeah, planning to get vids. LOL last time I was at the track, I didn't get any vids of my own car but I got vids of several Brenspeed shop cars, including the one where they went for 10s on a stock block with a Saleen blower...... I not only have the video, I have a piece of the block too.

Well it's primarily our life with our Mustangs with a liberal dose non Mustang talk(BS). Or Anything else that comes to mind. I think.

Back in the early part of 2006, when Tom, Daryl, Susan, Karman, mylself, and a couple others had our Mustangs on order, we started this thread so we can all share information and updates on our cars.
Once we all took delivery of them, this was a place to share our mods and (Mustang) stories.

Susan is the one that created the name of the original thread, Ponies on The Run, which went away when TMS crashed in late 2006. When it came back up, Daryl started up the thread 'again'.

So here we are now.. 2 years later.

nope, the panhard bar. We made fun of the stock one sounding like a rain stick.... stupid Ford... Little later on Leo noticed a hollow sound from the panhard from steeda, not filled with sand, guess Ford knew what it was doing LOL. So we decided to fill it with sand to help deaden any noise. Hopefully it worked. After the jaunt from Lakewood to San Diego, if it was going to make noise it would have. So when Leo chimes in we'll find out.

Its 3am here. Working an over nighter...

Luis congratulations on the new mods. Can't wait to hear some feedback.

I didn't realize that you didn't have the rotorpro rotors yet. They will deff look killer on your car.

Update on my blower... There is none. Kinds upset he was supposed to call me the end of the week. That didn't happen. He was great untill just recently. I ordered the 27th of Feb. Its been long enough.

Panhard bar is pretty much pointless until I get wider rims Glad to report no noises. Playground sand met OEM quality

Like the new lowered look. It's just a tad, but noticable and not horrible for a daily driver. The D-specs are cool. Really easy to adjust, especially with the remote adjusters (good call Bill ) It takes about two minutes to adjust everything. Have to say that I am happy with the mods.

Next up will be Lca's and driveshaft....but not anytime soon. The bug is undercontrol.

S/C update

New plugs, injectors, coolant crossover tube, freeze plug, and other stuff are in.

No problems to report. Process is taking a little longer than he expected, but he's making sure the install is perfect.

I'll be stopping by today for a progress check, I'll be sure to take pics.

Done with my first Zaino experience. Took me the entire week to fully detail my car (and I didn't even do the inside). Have tons of pics, just have to upload them. CDC hood struts and my TI intake/tune should go in tomorrow.
