Looks like Z-16 fits the bill for those items.
(Z-16 info off their site: Use on all exterior rubber, tires, moldings, plastic trim, weatherstripping, underhood hoses and more.)
On my next order to Zaino, I'll get the Leather in a Bottle (and some other stuff).

The first time I used the Z-16 I used it on my mirrors, trim and even the antenna. Well after a day or so of pretty warm weather, I notice I have these streaks down the side of my car. Where? under the mirrors and under the antenna. The Z-16 had ran down the side of my car
I do something wrong or what ? That is why I was asking as I don't want that to happen again!

Sounds like you layed it down pretty heavily for it to start running.
I would apply the Z-16 thin, no more than a couple passes, and follow it right up with a clean cotton wiper (aka. rag). As the initial application gets 'soaked' in, subsequent coats should require a lesser amount. Same goes for the tires.
Personally, I haven't used it on my weatherstripping or that black window trim yet. My antenna is gone, so I don't have to worry about that one.
BTW- Are you shaking the bottle before use?

I'll let you know how it turns out.
The starnge thing is it didn't start to run for a couple of days.

You really have to take one section at a time and rely heavily on your memory.

I actually applied it a little thicker this go around because last time I felt I wasn't applying it thick enough due to this fact. How many ounces do you use to coat the car once ??

For coats 3 & 4 plus the wheels, I only mixed a little more than half the bottle, still was plenty enough.
It is suggested to use it sparingly as too much will only take longer for it to dry/haze up.

I feel like I'm wiping off what I already put on. From what Bill said in the last post, I am definitely using more than he is.
Side note:
When they changed over to this new forum style, I couldn't figure out how to jump right to the last post. I had to go to page 1, then click "Last". It used to be "&view=getlastpost". Here is the new link to put in your favorites:

Put the "h" in front (I took it out so it wouldn't make it a link).

OK I am using 1oz each coat. Maybe too much but I need to be able to see it and I felt like I wouldn't get a good coat on less than that. Started to run thin when doing the wheels, but had none left aftwerwards.

Very good eye... but I took both pictures (hood up and hood down) today. The hood up picture is darker because the hood was putting a shadow on the engine (and I had to take the picture from the same spot, obviously).
The strut tower bolt covers are off for a very important reason.

You have a tripod or just very good at standing in the same position.

And each one got knicked taking them off. I wrapped masking tape around each one like 5 times and lightly grabbed them with a plyers to get them off (they are on tight). No big deal, though... the knicks are tiny and very hard to see.
Just stood in about the same position. Doesn't have to be exact, but the closer the better.

Still tossing the idea for the Steeda brushed radiator cover.
