ST Motorsports just called me back with promising news. They have a LH take-off head, less than 5k miles, ready to bolt on for $300.

I'm trying to get a hold of Danny to confirm that replacement is the direction we want to go before driving to ST to pick it up. Can happen as early as tomorrow.

I feel sick to my stomach. Favre's coming back and it won't be with the Packers. Somebody please fire the GM for not taking one of the best QB's ever to play the game back. I hope Favre goes to Vikings then beats the Pack on opening day at Lambeau. Sounds Crazy but I'd actually root for Favre over the Packers in that situation. This just f'd up my day. I mean who do I root for now when the season starts. childhood idol or my favorite team? Do I watch the Pack and whatever team Favre's on. How about when I wear my Jersey now. This blow's.

Icing on my **** cake is I discovered about a quater size ding on my drivers side door. Right on the dam crease.

 

I would think that later tonight it'll slow up and should be okay to update... With everyone activating, upgrading, downloading iTunes 7.7 and downloading new Apps, the servers are taking their toll... But once the majority of people get through a lot of that, you should be fine...

As for being sane again, I would probably call around this weekend... There is *supposed* to be a steady stream of these suckers hitting the stores... I would think only the bigger, more metropolitan places will have problems running out and not being able to get more in quickly...

 

That sucks... I have that fear every time I go out to my car...

I called up Swanson and he told me to go for the take-off head.. if good, which I'm hoping since the guys at ST told me that it's ready to bolt on.

However, Danny said that once I bring the t/o head, he'll be sending both heads out to get the deck surfaced. Once that's done, it's re-assembly time!

 

ive gotten a nice ding and scratch in the last few days, it's not to noticeable from the front, but from the back it may as well have a neon light up sign pointing it out! It's at a point on the fender where if it wasnt for the **** wheel lining, I could probably bang it out with a hamma!

as for favre not being back with the packers, wtf?
