Good choice.
People buy V6 stangs for certain reasons. $$$ Could be gas mileage, insurance, base price. No problem either way. Hell I won't even buy a GT. The only stang I would buy without a cobra on it would be a notchback 5.0 or a Boss that doesn't say Boss.

I figure my GT convert auto best suits a middle aged man anyway.

Nah. 28 is really high end. A nice cobra is going for around 20. 25 tops for a vert. Few year newer Shelby is low 30's right now. And remember, the cobra is built to be beat on so don't worry too much about mileage. 50k miles or so means someone enjoyed their car instead of just let it sit.

Are you crazy? For 20-25 I can find one with 16k. I did and it was only going for 20! That's a bargain! Plus they handle pretty much as much as you want it to have in terms of hp.

Yes Iam. I found a few for 20k that only had 16-30k on it. That's practically brand new.

I dont look down on any car based on the size of the motor, I have seen 4 cyl that would out run my car even with a v8 turbo. a friend of mine has one. a evo motor in a stang and runs 9's all day.
a nice car is a nice car period!

It's the mustangs running around with 2 less cylinders. Those things are called a V6 stang.

Most enigmatic post ever.
