I'm burning my dinners. Lol. Not use to a gas oven. So far I've burnt a pizza and some brownies. I won't count my cube steak and dried up gravy :/

Umm probably chocolate milk and a hot apple pie from the Tote! (TruckStop) it's the only thing for miles. Plus I fed my sammich to a horse out on location.

im torn.. i have two wild caught salmon filets in the fridge.... do i cedar plank grill them (with a kicking pepper rub) and put over wild rice or do i pan sear them in a cast iron skillet with a lemon pepper rub and put over salad with a balsamic vinegar dressing.. can't decide

I've had a pot of white beans cooking with a ham hock in them all afternoon, gonna bake some chicken breasts in chicken broth, Dale's, and dusted with Cavender's then brown them on the grill, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, fried okra and cornbread.
