I have seen them with a dab of cream cheese in them. I've also seen them with a piece of roasted pork in the middle. And I've seen them folded with nothing in the center. Also seen them as wonton chips like little strips. I guess it adds crunch to a cuisine that otherwise wouldn't have it.

Yep. My fave are with the pork inside. They do crab too but I don't like crab only imitation crab in some sushi...

What the hell is imitation crab exactly? And why bother to make fake crab?

Usually scraps of fish soaked in crab juice and colored reddish orange, used in sushi that would otherwise make the roll super expensive if it had real crab in it...

most imitation crab I have seen is made of alaskan pollock.

I love to make a cheese dip with it for crackers.

a pack imitation crab

philly cream cheese

sour cream

garlic salt

onion powder

two mined green onions

mix all and let stand for an hour

and some fancy crackers

I'm having Chinese food. I think my mom bought some chinese food from Oriental Buffet and I think she made some chow mien.
