Chicken, asparagus, and cob corn on the grill. Homemade cherry pie for dessert. And a couple of Shiner Bocks with a single malt chaser.

I eased into it. Doctor told me to wait till this weekend for full diet. I just had hot dogs.

So far everything is going great.

Good news. I guess a hot dog wiener would pass through easily even whole

I've learned on thing from the docs. Chew my food more. It makes the food break down better obviously and easier to pass.

Yes it does.

Some of the best steaks I've ever had, baked potatoes and green beans here. With a couple glasses of wine and a Gentleman Jack chaser.

Havarti cheeseburgers cooked on the ol' Weber. Tater chips and a cherry coke. Sure wish I'da had one of Patrick's Shiner Bocks, though. That's good beer.

As much as I love alcohol, I've never been able to drink wine. Just not sophisticated enough I guess. Unless you count Boone's Farm back in the day. That Strawberry Hill dropped more panties than anything I've ever seen. That **** is responsible for more unwanted pregnancies than the tribes in Africa.

Not a wine drinker

Really can't stand the stuff

Plus it years up my insides something fierce. And gives me worse headache than liquor ever does.

For some reason the initial smell is what really turns me off. I don't know why but the smell of it reminds me of the smell in the kitchen when I was a kid when my grandmother was coloring Easter eggs.

It's absolutely not a thing for everyone. As is hard liquors too as I've come to find out. Some of it can be very difficult to drink, especially the reds, and it'll knock you on your ***, but there's also sweet wines that are easy to drink.
