Every time I think of a fried Bologna I have to think of my HS principal. Every time we had homecoming, parades or some kind of fundraiser, he'd always make fried bologna sammiches! I miss that guy, he was always great to be around, and one of those people who commanded respect wherever he went without being intimidating. He expected the best of his students and get it. When the new guy came in for my junior year, the problems started big time.

I like a fried bologna biscuit. A piece of that thick kind sliced off of a log.

They're heathens. Sacrilegious heathens. Taco Tuesday is no longer sacred to these mongoloids.

Stopped at store , wanted to try something different. Grabbed a couple lamb chops. Oven roasted at 350 in a cast iron skillet with grape seed oil. Used lightly Greek seasoning and then put some fresh cut rosemary on top. Turned out amazing, especially for first time ever trying it.

I prefer the loin chops. The only way I can afford them is Costco where they fly in New Zealand 2" chops at $6.99/# (local its 14.99+ )

Several years ago at a yearly sales meeting for our Region where they did an extravagant dinner at one of the top accounts, I ordered the lamb loin chops. It was so excellent! So I asked the chef. He lightly rubbed olive oil on each side, lightly topped with rosemary, then char broiled. So simple, but the flavor combination was awesome!

(this is just a stock pic)

ill have to see what I can find. The two chops I got was 4.99. Great price. That's basically how I prepared, but the flavor was great. The fresh rosemary I cut off my plant made it perfect
