Think I'll make tacos tonight, that is if I can make it to the store to get the rest of the stuff I need.

Never heard of it. But now I'm craving pizza. May have to go pick one up for tonight, don't really feel like cooking.

Pretty easy. Sort of like sloppy joes but not sloppy. Cooked ground beef with a little ketchup or chili sauce stirred in and a little flour to hold it together. Heat and stir, then spoon on an open bun, criss cross with 1/2" cheese strips, heat in toaster oven till cheese melts. Always loved them!

Pizza burgers. Didn't have chili sauce so I used ketchup and added some cayenne and cumin for zest. Yum!
