Yeah, I bounce around a bit on what I listen to, lol.
Am I the only one that thinks the chorus/bridge sounds like Sting doing vocals?

Fist City - Loretta Lynn
Ghost - American Authors
Gentle On My Mind covered by The Band Perry
The Day We Feel Apart - Kelly Clarkson
I love when Evil Capri gets on a roll. It encourages me to post music that I love to listen to, but don't admit to most people. LOL. He doesn't mind posting what he likes, doesn't care what people think. That's good.

This is by far my favorite. Those dudes that did the arrangement, piano, and led the choir are ****ing amazing. Killer stuff.
To take a song like that and keep it so soft, quiet and controlled is amazing, just to have it build up into the high register of the choir and drop back down to a whisper is awesome .
Because that is a great ****ing song by a great band, it kicks ***. Those guitar riffs are killer. To take that song and pare it down to a choir and sound awesome takes a lot of talent.

Am I the only one that was moved by their music? No? Must have been the acid I was taking, it was pretty potent at the time, lol.

He does have a great voice.
I used to have a great rock voice (or so I'm told by a ton of people) but I ruined it with chemicals, liquor, cigs and other **** I was smoking and injesting. Some say its still great, but I know it is weak personally because I haven't used it in so long, it fades out really fast when I use it heavily. I can hardly make it through 5 songs in a set. I do think I could get back if I used it more and sang more like I used to when we opened gigs in the ATL with hot bands. I just don't have the will to practice anymore. I just need a lot of practice because I belt it out and it strains my voice so bad that it gives out quickly. Back in the day I could belt out those songs all night but now it gives out after just a few.

Talk about a song that will get you in trouble if you own a fast car. Holy crap, the entertainment system in a GT500 should be programmed to block this song, lol. This **** will get you a trip to jail in an SVT car, lol.

Love these guys. Best harmonies in the music business these days.

I love Alabama, one of the first concerts I went to and I respect the hell of these guys doing this cover because they have harmonies that are unmatched. I saw Alabama in concert down here before anyone really knew who they were. Soon they were world famous. As far as I'm concerned, they are one of the greatest country bands every to lay down a track. Funny that most young country fans dont even know who they are, but they were super famous back in the day. They've even got their own exit on the Interstate for their fan museum not far from me. I drive by it every time I go to the coast.
