Lee, idk if you have good headphones, but the Microsoft Store has the V-Moda Crossfade LP2 over ears on sale for $99 shipped. These are great all around cans that will blow any garbage Beats out of the water. I ordered a set just now. I loved the first gens and these LP2s are supposed to be that much better. Can't beat them for $99!

I love music and I've went way over board on stereo systems in cars in the past like you wouldn't believe, but I'm past that now. I know its sounds cheesy now days but I had at least 6 multi channel Alpine amps and multi sets of components and Alpine processors with Kenwood Excelon head unit and changers in Mustangs. At one point I had 2 sets of Alpine components in the dash with cross overs, 2 sets of Alpine components in the front doors with crossovers, 2 sets of Alpine components in the rear quarters with crossovers, along with 2 Kicker 8s in small boxes under the front seats, 2 Kicker 10s in boxes under the rear seats, and 2 Alpine comp vr 12s in a bandpass box in the rear hatch all powered by 6 Alpine amps and 2 Memphis Belle amps through an Alpine processor. In a Fox body, lol. Had to run a massive alternator and 2 extra batteries in the hatch to keep the head lights on when you had it cranked up at night.

I've got a cheap set of Sony headphones on my laptop right now. I'm over all of that stuff. I liked that **** when I was ****ed up out of my mind.

Lol...you did too much. All my systems have been super simple, and will continue to be. Just throwing it out there! These are a good SQ set of of cans. If you love music, you owe it to the artists to reproduce their work with quality speakers/headphones.

Anyone thinking of buying some garbage Beats today, don't! Buy the V-Modas I linked instead!

I would never waste my money on beats. But then again I'm not into headphones.

I'm sure you wouldn't, but some people here might. I am only getting them for work. I have some Grado earbuds too, that sound amazing, but I typically use buds for working out or yardwork. Since I sit on my **** at a desk all day, I'd rather have some over-ears.

I've just got a $30 pair of sennheisers that I've had for 3 years. Good enough for how often I use them. Much better quality than the cheaper ones that you're lucky to get a few months out of before they get a short in the cord.

Nice, I'd rock the cheapest Sennheisers over the most expensive Beats lol

Hey Jason, have you seen this? Scott turned me on to it. Killer cover, especially with the guys sitting there watching it (my God they look old, makes me feel old, lol) and Jason Bonham on drums. Not to mention the choir, you know I love a choir and orchestra in rock song, lol. Robert Plant's eyes looked like they were welling up when Ann was singing, actually looked like he was holding back tears. She killed it for sure.

Kennedy Center honoring Led Zeppelin.

Probably not politically correct, but I still love this song. Great guitar riffs.

Hey Jason, have you seen some of these live cover's BBS did way back before they got popular? Pretty good stuff.

This one is fantastic if you ask me, great ****ing cover...

The picking and vocals are both spot on in this cover, even if the recording sucks. Too bad, its a shame it wasn't captured better. Pretty cool that Charlie made it a point to mention Danny Joe Brown, give him a bit of respect.

This one is pretty good too, thought you would like it because of the songs meaning to you. I think Ronnie would approve of it.

Both are pretty cool if you ask me, at a barn stage at a motorcycle meet before anyone knew who they were. That would have been a cool show to see. Not expecting anything, just some band they booked for a few hundred bucks and they come out swinging like that. Awesome.

BBS live at the Georgia Theater. God I love music by long haired Southern hippies. They can pick and sing some serious sheet.
