I had a hotel desk clerk steal mine and charged $500 to Adult Friend Finder...while I was still in the hotel. When I went to check out the card was over limit and not accepted. I'm like WTF! Call the credit card and they tell me the recent charges. I had just gotten the card, had a $1000 limit, and it was the only charge on the card. Freakin idiot. He got nailed by the SAPD!

 

I had my credit card stolen out of my wallet a few years ago while we were standing at the cemetery during a funeral. Purse was in the truck and my husband forgot to lock it. He thought he saw someone go in there, but it was hard to tell from where it was parked. He was sure enough that he walked away during the service, but thought he was wrong after he saw my purse, with my wallet and cell phone still in it. After the service ended, a couple of people came up to us and said they were pretty sure they saw someone in there. So, sure enough I opened my wallet and my credit card was gone. She tried to use the card at a grocery store, but we were faster with calling Capital One to cancel it.

Absolutely disgusting that someone would do that during a funeral.

 

I agree!!

My GF had hers stolen out of her wallet that was sitting under her desk at work. A new hire that she was training took it while she was in the restroom. Funny part was that she had just been telling my GF that she was gonna go to China Palace for dinner and had to run by the grocery store to pick a few things up after work. What do you think the charges on the card were for????? some people are really stupid. She got fired that following Monday at work and they caught her on camera.

 

I'm sure most have heard about the poor no speak english man who got Tazered for being uptight !
