I strongly believe in "getting theirs"

I guess I don't understand the logic. The guts of my house are the only ones on this road with tumbled marble, stainless steel appliances, a third bath and maple hardwood, but you don't see me going around being snobby. I also Don't advertise around about it here.
I don't understand people.

Here is my pride and joy: My garden. This was before it was finished- I just filled it in with Oleander, Bouganvilla, Spirea, Ladys Mantle pansies mums and Daisies. Not to mention the hundred bulbs I planted.

After living here three months-
I have come to the conclusion my brand new house is a high dollar POS.

The gas fireplace will not work..

The walls where the metal arches are are flaking off.

I was putting on my shirt and my hand flew out and hit the wall- HOLE.

I had to weatherstrip my doors cause they weren't hung right...

Where my door would not hang right the hardwood is bubbled from rain blowing in under it.

The upstairs stays Attic HOT no matter what.

And the AHole builder will not return my calls. Yes all this stuff is on my house is a POS move in sheet.

What can I do?

keep trying to contact the contractor. If all else fails, contact a lawyer. They sure don't build houses like they use to. Also keep in mind that it takes 2 full season cycles for a house to settle. Expect a bunch of nail/screw pops to start showing in the drywall sometime in the summer or next winter. Mine just started showing up all over the place.

You should have a 10 year warrany on a NEW home. Use it?

Call the contractor regardless. You should have a NEW home with all these problems.

What's a Parenent? Is that a mother or father that is now living at your house and paying you rent.
