The note is just way too big. How is it supposed to fit in your pocket?

Fits in my pocket fine (but im not a skinny jean wearing kinda guy). And its really thin. Go to the store and try one for size.

It was! Funny thing is the s4 was cheaper. But i love the note 2 screen. I can watch movies at work without squinting now

 

best Buy has it at $299 w/ a new 2 yr.

I've seen them. My 4" Droid 4 is big enough as it is, although that does have the extra keyboard. I like to use my phone with one hand though.

tell me how amazing the iphone 5 is! dual core at 1.3 ghz. the note 2 is quad core at 1.6 and the s4 is quad core at 1.9.

Figured Bone would chime in on this one. As for provider it's really between AT&T and Verizon in HI. I wasn't very happy with Verizon when I had them before, but that years ago. Price is the same once you have three lines so that isn't much of a factor and both offer the same discount for military.

 

I had to forfeit unlimited. Sucks having 5 lines and only one of them mine. Had to do an upgrade and go to measured service. When you're on measured tethering is allowed so I just use the stock app on the phone.

 

I'm not happy with Verizon service here. Everything else with them is good, but the two places I want to use my phone the most, work and home, reception sucks. I got an AT&T pre-pay to try and that works great in both areas. Even work switched from verizon to AT&T internally. I want to switch, but with 5 lines that will take a while for the contracts to expire. I get a 22% discount through work with Verizon, and it would be similar with ATT

 

Had an AT&T pre-pay when I was out there in Feb and reception was good. Had T-Mobile last time I lived there and wasn't completely satisfied with them. Probably going to get an account/phones while I'm on the mainland for 30 when heading over.

 

Well I would expect a laptop to have a faster processor, but really can you tell a difference making phone calls? Angry birds is pretty demanding though.
