No, I just thought it's pretty cool that a midwest tuner gets invited to a magazine shootout..... usually its all JDM (east coast) or AMP (Arizona) or blah, blah, blah.
It would be great if they go down there and kick a$$!

Yep, cut the tanks down too. After that is when it started taking 7 or more pit stops to finish the race.

Tom, its about time Brent and the guys get some over due press! I'm sure Brent's planning on opening up a can of Indiana whoop a$$ on somebody down there... On the down side with Brent's gained notoriety from this exposure, he may very well find a new poster boy!.....

I hope they do too but I think this is an open to qualify for anybody with a ford power car or truck. Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords magazine sponsers the events. There is a car show and drags. There are 10 different weekends schedule. July 11-13 at Norwalk, Ohio looks to be the closes one. Aprils issue of MM&FF has a Fun Ford Offical program to look at or go here.

I'm thinking American Muscle GT4's with BFG G-force Super Sport in 255/45/18 all around. I don't want to go staggered sizes because I would like to be able to rotate my tires.

I HATE them....reminds me too much of the old MI plates...which I hated.....I thought I hated the old green ones....until this pile of crap came out...I'll stick to my special intrest plates.

I have a custom plate on the Mustang, I don't know what they'll do on that.

I'm just running the usual random numbered plates I got when I traded my Ranger in on the red '05. I transferred them over to the '06 when trading in the '05. Illinois plates look ok, at least they're not really crazy looking.

As soon as my buddy is ready to paint the new bumpers, I'll bring them over to him. I'll be talking to him on Sunday. Hopefully it will be all done very soon. He wants to borrow the car for a day or so to match the paint up so it will look right when done. I will probably have him put on my running pony emblems at the same time.
I'm hoping this snow storm on Monday night was the final one for the year. I had to move the car outside this morning so that a new garage door could be installed. At least with that done I don't have to worry about the broken door coming down on the car.

Dang, yes I agree worrying about the door coming down would suck..... get that thing fixed. Looking forward to seeing pix of your car when the stuff is painted and installed.
