You still have a good shot next year Ghost since I just got the schedule and it has 8 airplanes on it. That might not sound like a lot, but we had a heck of a time just getting out one.

I could probably save up from all the overtime earnings and buy a new Mustang Cobra when they come out!

 

Wish ya coulda made it out Falchion! Ghost, Railray, MojoKhan and I were outnumbered by the black Stang gang.

Texas Motors now has a Vista Blue GT if anyone wants to go check it out. Looks great and no purple in it.

Got my first oil change yesterday (4400 miles) and saw a Vista Blue GT and a Tungsten GT with the 18" Fanblades. Very nice colors and I like the rims more in person. Also saw some V6's with Pony Package on them. Looks nice as well. Five Star had A LOT of Mustangs, at least 15 or so...only 2-3 GTs. Out of aaaallll the cars on the lot though, I only saw 2 manuals.

 

I think someone at Ford finally hit the build more GT's switch. Texas Motors has a black one now too for a total of three GT's. They also have another used one made up like a Boss. They also have a 2006 Explorer(the new bodystyle) and it looks pretty nice. No price on it yet because they are not allowed to sell it yet.

 

Ya...I saw the '06 Explorer, too. I agree with the "it looks nice." Its suppose to be an all new re-design, sharing nothing from the previous Explorers, even though they look similar. I believe the V8 has our 4.6L in it.

 

Yep, it's the same 4.6 as ours but, detuned to 292hp or something close to that.


Anyone been to a German food place on I-20 and Campus called Bavarian Bakery and Cafe? I'm looking for some good German food. I've been to Edelweiss and wasn't impressed with the food or the oompah band in my ear all night. TIA for any comments or suggestions.

 

Sadly, the only German place I've been to around here was Edelweiss.

I'm still here, just nothing going on in Fort Worth news at the moment I guess. Wouldn't mind hooking up again sometime though for another event or whatever.

I've got my first "official" Crime watch meeting this Friday for our block. Officers Grisby, Choyce and possible Nolan will be representing Fort Worth's finest at our street. :cop2:

It’s an 06 man. Automatic. Didn’t want to have to mess with shifting. Has all the good standard basics that I am happy and CD player, but not fancy. Tires are standard.

Will bring in pictures soon. But, I really like it, especially since I get almost 30 MPG.

Hey dudes, I bought a Mustang last week. Yeah, it’s a V6 but it was $10,000 cheaper than the GT. Still has good power. And the insurance is a lot less and I got 30 MPG this weekend on the road. Or so the computer it has showed. Got it at 5 Star Ford.

It is blue with the white Mustang letters on the side. Real comfy and easy to drive. So, I am a proud papa.
