I just saw a car show on TV where they talked about Dodge coming out with a Police version of the Charger. I'm not sure if it will have a Hemi, but ti wouldn't surprize me......

So, you might end up with a Charger after all, who knows?

 

I wouldn't cry if I had to drive one with a Hemi! We used to fight over our Caprice patrol cars. Those things would get up and go but, the suspension was junk and they overheated to easy. and cause the A/C to shut off.

If I go, do I need to wear my tactical search warrant gear? I can't stay long if I do go. Some of us have to work at night and if I stand out there in the heat I will definitely need a shower before I go to work. So, my official government answer is maybe I'll be there and maybe I won't.

 

Work, work and more work makes for no time to play, or go to any meets or shows. I'm still buried until my partner gets back from family leave on the 5th of Sept.

I'm up to 260 miles, 5 washes, and zero mods. I was all excited about modding before I got the car, but now I'm so impressed it seems like a waste of money. In time, perhaps.

Last night was a blast. I bet we had over 30 cars including a 68 fastback, lots of nice foxes and SN95's, and mine was the only 05 again. Not to mention some other car buddies that were in everything from a 57 Chevy Bel Air and a few International Scout mud machines.

How do you guys like these gas prices huh? I saw $2.99 per gallon for regular unleaded, up 20 cents from yesterday! Next week it's supposed to go up $4 per gallon according to my boss.

Eh, I'd get pretty much the same gas milage trying to ring out that little V6 anyway.

 

They'll have to pry this V-8 from my cold dead hands! Next thing you know, they will raise gas prices because it's hot outside.

I'm going to be hating life when I fill up this afternoon! At least I don't have an SUV like my friend at work here. It'll cost about $100 or more to fill that beast up.....
