Ordered Gt premium -5 spd , Sonic blue, Dark Charcoal Interior, shaker 500 - tinted windows...
1/3/05 - now at 8 weeks - Clean and Unscheduled....was told 6-8 weeks, so anyway I am a priority 20 and 4th in line at my dealer....

I ordered from a small dealer in Maryland (who must have still had an allotment available) on December 30 and took delivery on February 23. I wasn't eligible for any discount plans from Ford, but I received a $500 military rebate and got the car for $500 under MSRP.

Well I had it with my dealer tonite! ... I broke down this evening and went out and bought a GT premium off the lot in Olympia Washington.
It had just rolled off the truck today!
I had order a sonic blue premium in January and was being told it could be may or june before it was built- On top of that my dealer wasnt watching the internet inventories and Missed the exact car I had ordered down in tacoma...and it sold before I could take another breath... :bang:
SO THAT Was the last straw - I called several dealerships around the puget sound and found that they were marking the gts up to 34000! I couldnt believe it - so in desperation finally I call a fleet manager in olympia - (100 mile one way trip for me) and he sold me the car for the same price I ordered in January! 26,800 And this car has more options - I couldnt believe my luck!
GT Premium - Black , Interior Sport appearance ( I highly recommend this if you dont get the IUP) , Shaker 1000, Leather Dark charcoal interior, Bright Aluminum Rims..
So thank you all for keeping me going over the last 2 months telling your own horror stories waiting for your cars... I never felt alone in my misery!!
