We ordered my wife an 08 K39 Black/Dk Charcoal with EVERYTHING (20's, power liftgate, "ICAP", PVR, Nav, etc) and it's ETA week of 12/20. Great minds...

 

Yea, that's my third Ford this year, started with the 06 Mustang, got the 07, now the Edge, SOMEBODY has got to keep Ford in business I traded the car and sold the bike a few months back, I've been lucky and need to behave myself for a while. Especially with $3000+ speeding tickets in Va. She got her 7th rock chip, it was time to go.... I had just ordered myself a Bullitt too. I'm sure I will have another Stang...I really like the Edge, the AWD is incredibly intelligent in snow. Just mash the gas. Shes a bit porky for a CUV, but withing normal driving its more then competent and enjoyable to drive, and extremely quiet. I needed a break from being on everybody's 'radar' and blending for a while. I just leased it, the incentives/residuals/lease factor for employees in November were incredible. If I feel the need for a stang in the meantime I'll just slap a D-tag on a convertible for a couple days.

Hey Kevin, sweet Edge. I love driving these when I get the chance here at work. What a fabulous crossover. The Murano has NOTHING on our vehicle! Though I didn't take one for a demo this winter, but a Fusion SEL with sport appearance package (LOVE THAT CAR). Hope you get back into a Mustang soon. Oh and btw, isn't your car a K49? Since its an AWD Limited you listed and not a FWD (K39)? Just busting your stones brother. Have a good weekend.

 

That was Barrett, he ordered the Mrs a K39, mine's an SEL+AWD K49. I got the 07 because the lease was nuts, Amethyst is an 07 only color. We have the 08's with the 20's and sport suspension, haven't tried one yet though. Its worth the price even if someone is getting custom wheels just for the tires and upgraded struts. Wheel options seem pretty cheap on these things. I guess since everything that could be said about a glassback roof for the stang has been said 20 times over, we Edge owners can feel free to take over the thread as we already have glass roofs

 

We are leasing as well; 39 months ~ 435 with 1st and t's up front on a $37000+ vehicle...
