Difference in seats between V6 and GT?
What are the differences, if any, between the seats in the V6 and the GT on the 05's? I'm not talking about the difference in the pattern on the cloth or the perforated vs. non-perforated leather, I want to know if the seats are a different shape. The reason I ask is because a friend of mine said that V6 had more comfortable seats and it was my understanding that they were the same shape and size, but I've only ever sat in the GT
I belive the only difference is pattern (and in leather style). The seats themselves are the same in both cars. The difference is that the V6 has a reflective "Mustang" woven into the fabric while the GT has a reflective galloping pony. In leather the V6 has large smooth squares of leather on the seating surface. The GT is more of a ribbed design and is also perforated.

I was wondering also about the cloth seats in the GT as far as comfort and support. Have only been in the leather seats. Anyone spend time in both seats for a comparison?

There you go. That's the link to the thread I started on the same subject back in October. Someone even posted pictures so you can compare. Hope this helps. Cheers.
