Yeah brakes are a pain. Its been nearly 3 weeks since I have driven it because of problems with the disc brake swap.

I also noticed I never replied to the question about when I go over speed bumps. Well if I go fast enough the car slams into it, if I go slow my exhaust barley scrapes.

Sorry to hear about your issues. It's nice to have disc brakes. Those drum brakes I had on mine were really bad. I also had to really step on them to get the car to stop......

Last thing to do before I sell it. I made the decision once again to see it and my parents seem to be working with me this time. Looking anywhere from the Volkswagen GTI to the Nissan 350z as a replacement. I have also been looking into trucks such as the 05+ Toyota Tacomas. Don't plan on buying another mustang for a long time.

Haven't driven it in like a month, and don't have time for it. College, work, and girlfriend take up all my time so mustang has just sat there.

Do you have another car you use as a Daily Driver? You could be driving your Mustang to all those places.......

Mustang was my daily driver til this came up. So I'm using my backup car right now and they both get bad mpg. I drive like 100+ miles every 2 days so I need something with decent mpg as well.

Haha I never expected to drive this much, just happened. Seems like parents and I are agreeing on some type of Honda or Toyota. I'm pulling for a Honda Civic SI coupe. Once I get through college and settle back down I will be able to get another sports car/muscle car.

Yeah, I've liked the Honda civic ever since they redesigned a few years back. That would be a great car to go back and worth with.

Too bad about selling your Mustang after all the work you put into it. But perhaps you can get a really nice one later on.

Hope to find out by the end of the week if it is sold or not. They told me Monday they would talk it over, but they really liked it. If they buy it I'm going with a 350z or 99-04 GT, with the Z being my first choice.

Got the transmission fixed finally. Put it in on Saturday, and then today it decides to not charge and now the battery is dead.

Get a new battery. I got one of the Optima Red Top batteries and they're great!

Well, I had a problem like that which turned out to be my neutral safety switch, but I don't think that's your problem if it won't run even with a jump.

Starters aren't too much money for these cars. And then once you replace it, it should last a long time.

Well it now runs and I dont want to replace that again. I had to unbolt my header to make enough room for the old starter to be removed and the new one to be placed.

Well, that's good! It's not fun to have a car that won't start. At least it didn't happen when you were out in the middle of no where!
