The pics are amazing. And yes very cool. It's a war. People die. That's what happens. The Photography is fantastic.

It's the realization of war in high definition photography. How many times have you seen the bombing of Hiroshima? Impressive but still not as bad cause you don't actually see people die. I wish more photos like these would be taken. Maybe people would start realizing wtf is really going on overseas.

 

the cool part is that it is an incredible glimpse at a moment in time - four guys, three with automatic weapons, one with a rocket launcher, poised to kill someone. The rocket launcher is up, ready to fire. a small shift in timing and they're celebrating killing the other guy.

It's a very bad situation for both sides, but an incredible lesson in how slim the line between winning and losing can be.
