Come on now, you can't blame UPS....must have been the person who packed it. UPS is infallable, they couldn't possibly have done that!

 

It was USPS that delivered it for UPS

I'm sure Steff's BFF will "get to the bottom of it"

It was involved in a jam. Packages are sent on conveyors across the building and sometimes packages get stuck along the way and jam up. **** happens, but they checked it out, saw that it wasn't fragile and they're not going to waste repack on that. Sorry, if it's damaged, it's insured.

 

No such luck, he realized it was a womans and stopped tearing into it any further
