the carb scoop makes the throttle stick a little bit. I need to re adjustify. I also didnt get to clean out the inside of Fiona this morning/day because it got all hot. I'm gonna wake up early so that I can finish that up before the show starts.
Tomorrow is going to be a long, but hopefully good, day

Also, saw some kids in a red '65 vert on the way home, They were as pleased to see the II as I was to see them.
In other news, Peters '94 is faster than my II. I need to work on that. I need to go back to my 91 tune
And maybe remove some more weight from the car

Don't you "you guys" me. This was not Peter's idea... Peter's idea included foam, and a negative, and an amazing finished product. Arin's thought process consisted of... "WHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE". And I'm fairly sure that was it. Haha.

I didn't mean to use that as an excuse. Its just another side problem thats bugging me.
I don't think just the 91 tune again would help me win. I didn't realize your car was actually that fast
Also keep in mind, you didn't pass my car until I had already run through first. C4 gears are teh suck. I got your *** off the line, even with my wheelspin. which reminds me, what rear axle ratio does your car have? i forgot to ask

Looking good,
I'm actually looking for a II myself, but want the 82 finished first. One thing tho what about a spacer between the carb/bird-catcher, and a smaller hole in the hood? (dunno if that was said already, but was a thought).

Arin gotted third place
There were TWO other IIs there today! On belong to my friend Robby Aldrich from mustangii.net and another from someone who I later found out owns the yellow Boss 302 in Redwood City. He owns a shop and invited me to stop by and see all the cool toys
It was a lot of fun. And even though I technically "lost" it was cool. Lots of people said it reminded them of mad max, which was my goal. The club head was glad to see me make it back and under my own power (though I blew the thremostat housing gasket, and spilled coolant all over the place. Gooped some silicon gasket on it, and it was fine for the way home
I was also told that last year, the talk was that I was a bit of a hero for daring to bring in my car on the back of a tow truck
And I also got interviewed for some website that isn't up yet. the cameraman thought my car was badass, so he asked me about it and videotaped me
Good day today boys, good day today

The Grabber Orange Mach 1 is amazing. The guy moved it here from Tennessee and painted it like that in his garage! its has an '86 EFI motor, with the only alterations being factory Mustang II manifolds that have bungs for O2 sensors welded in. Naturally he got first place
The copper Hatchback is 100% stock. Man those stock 302s are quiet! haha That guy also owns a Boss 302, '66 Vette, Valiant convertible, and a whole ton of other cars I can't remember lol. Can't wait to get a tour of his shop
and maybe see if I can get him to let go of those original msutang II louvers he said he had..
