I spent the last couple hours doing some lookin around on teh intarwebs and it looks like i'll be better off with a fox upper, rather than the 95 style i have. 10 more hp right from the get go. the ONLY benefit to the 95 is more hood clearance, but i don't give a rats behind about that, theres a giant hole in my hood!

it LOOKS like the lower is the same either way (can someone confirm just in case?), so i should just find a different upper intake and be fine.

plus, this means ill be able to use the fox throttlebody and all that good blue stuff. AND the fox stuff will fit right on any aftermarket intake for the future,

if i sold my fox parts and bought the 95 TB, i'd need to get an elbow to make it fit the new intake down the road, and i'd be 10 hp short.

i could literally take this upper intake back to the yard, and grab a fox one. i just need to find time to go down and do it. urgh...

the other option is find a good deal on a performance one, but i dont see that happening anytime soon.

also, in case im wrong anywhere...

in case no one wants to read all that here are my two options

KEEP 95 upper intake + sell off fox parts ( ebay hassle) + buy 95 TB (ebay hassle)

or

EXCHANGE 95 upper for fox intake (driving hassle) + KEEP fox parts + get 10 extra ponies + never have to buy an elbow

I'd go with the fox parts. I used to have an extra fox upper intake, wonder how much it'd cost to ship one to you?

it'd probably cost more than for me to just drive down and exchange it all lol. I just gotta find the time.

Arin is very sad that this appears to be discontinued (since he can't find it anywhere on the internets )

You want a BBK SSI Intake... Or that tubular GT40... Or a Spyder 5.0...
