What did you do with your Mustang today?

I saw two black Hellcats at the gas station today a challenger and a charger both with black rims they looked awesome. So I asked the challenger owner how he liked it. He said it is a fun car. I said aren't the chargers a little quicker? He replied they're supposed to be but my brother over there isn't as good at racing as I am!
That's awesome Gary.
nice Tony! I also drove her yesterday! In fact, I even gave her a blood transfusion as well yesterday afternoon. I gave her 8 quarts of AMSOIL Sig Series 5W-20 and Ea017 oil filter.
edit: might I add, ZERO drips of oil on anything either. Gotta love the Ziploc baggie trick on the oil filter.

Awesome stuff. I need an oil change on the Roush real soon. The truck is going to need one soon as well. lol

Who's a winner with two thumbs? This guy!
Today I put my official individually numbered Car Talk Staff parking permit on my windshield. I won it when my answer was randomly picked from the thousands of more-or-less correct answers to the weekly puzzler. http://www.cartalk.com/puzzler/metal-helmet-mystery
So now I can park at Car Talk Plaza, Hahvahd Squayah, Cambridge, Mah. It's printed in a nice shade of blue that looks good with my Lightning Blue. Pretty cool, right? It's OK to be jealous; I don't mind.

Just ordered a new pair of 305/40/18 Nitto 555R drag radials.
$561 shipped from Discount Tire Direct on eBay.
Better than the $302/each they list them for on their site.
Quickly got tired of the lack of traction from the 285/40/18 Goodyear F1's that I've had on the back of the car for a few weeks now, and the sale pushed me off the fence.

I considered Mickey Thompson ET Street SS tires in the same 305/40/18 size, but they have a price fix going on, and at $365 a piece that's just too **** much.
And I've read that their sidewall is softer, which might be better at the track, but I don't go to the track, and the 555R's have been great for me.
As far as Toyo, I'm assuming you're talking about the R888's ?
I've looked into those, great tread pattern and supposedly great traction, but a tire that is very noisy at highway speeds, and a tire that quickly gets greasy and chunks up on roadcourse-type racing. Even seen pictures of huge chunks of tread missing from some R888's after a single lap on a course

Roof's OK for now, it's gonna need to be fully redone at some point, the previous owner had it done and the job was half-as$ed.
