What did you do with your Mustang today?

The on/off doesn't bother me - it was the weight, or lack thereof, that bothered me. That an absolutely zero feel, even less than our cars. I got used to driving it really quickly, but my clutch felt SO much better. That and my car tuned, was faster than the GT350 lol. Still, that sound was fricken intoxicating!
Although I did feel like my car has more low end grunt around town, but the gt350 steering especially just felt amazing to me, and yes that sound is awesome!
i sure know I would love to have one!

Took out the evap canister to see if its plugged (fuel pump shutting off constantly). Nope. I backflushed the vent hose to the tank with some compressed air and even with the fuel cap off, the whole tank was pressurizing. Think there's a one-way valve in the tank (you could hear it when shooting air down the filler neck)

Drove it to school this morning, 30 degrees out so by my calculations the car was making about 842,000 horsepower.
Had some fun with it, especially on the way home

Drove mine around Northern Colorado a bit while the weather is warm. Also, finally, after months of thinking it over, I realized that CAI's are a gimmick for any car that doesn't have the air cleaner on top of a carb on top of the intake manifold. Any performance increases are due to a new tune instead of the CAI, because the stock airbox already gets cold air from the front of the car and routes it to the throttle body. The aftermarket CAIs just take a combination of engine compartment and outside air and mix them. The primary changes with an aftermarket CAI is actually noise. Not power. Since the throttle body is the limiting factor for air flow, nothing done upstream of that with a normall aspirated engine is going to do anything for it.
Amazing it took me two months to finally work my way through this. But try to find some dyno testing on aftermarket CAIs that show marked increases in HP or torque, WITHOUT a tune. The performance is in the tune. Not in the air filter.
There. Now I feel better, and can put my money into lower restriction mufflers. Where it actually MIGHT do some good.

I figured out how to plug an MP3 into my stereo and play tunes. I feel like such a millennial now. I need a shower.

Checked out the Green Machine hanging out in the garage with the battery tender still on it while throwing out some recyclables.
Makes me smile all the time.

Took mine to the Monster Jam tonight with Liam! Everyone kept trying to get me to do a burnout in the parking lot gridlock as we were leaving...

I've only seen it a few times, but someone around here has a LL Saleen S-281SC vert speedster?. I've heard its a very rare car because of the color, vert, sc, etc. and I haven't seen it in years since a cruise in. But it was beautiful. I loved that thing. Don't know if its true or not, but it seemed to be legit.

The underwear I have on is 'older' than you
Yesterday while backing out, I had to get out and wipe the lens on my reverse camera. I noticed one of my license plate bulbs were burnt out. Went to my local auto parts store and bought 2 new bulbs for $5 and replaced them. All is good now
