Today I added a stable mate for the mustang. This is significant because for the first time, my daily driver will not be a Mustang. I will now be driving the wife's old 06 Tribute as my daily.
My Mustang has officially moved to TOY STATUS.

Nice Jeep! Love the ones I have had over the years. Right now I have a 2004 Overland and a 2012 Overland. Great rigs for a daily driver.

What kind of Jeep did you get? I traded my GT500 for a new loaded Overland recently and I love it. Such a nice vehicle.

Same here. I love my '15 Overland. It is a great vehicle, so quiet, so luxurious, so comfortable. Nothing else in the segment even comes close to it. Everything about driving it just feels right, like a true SUV should.
My last Jeep was an 89 Cherokee I bought in about 93 and only had 15K miles on it, one owner. Put 240K miles on it with no problems and then gave it to my nephew when he turned 16. And he promptly wrecked it, rolled it within 6 months. That 4.0 was basically bullet proof. What a great engine, lots of torque, got good mileage no matter where you drove it, and you couldn't kill the dammed thing.

Boy that 89 Cherokee story sounds sorta familiar. I bought a 1990 brand new back in the day. Drove it as my daily driver until about 2000, had about 140k on it. Still was a great Rig, but was time for something else. Got a 1999 GC Limited. Gave the 90 to my oldest son to drive. First he drops the drive line. Later I found out he had thrown it into reverse while going about 35 a few weeks before. Lucky he did not blowup the tranny. Then he was screwing around coming down from the local ski resort and hit a concrete barrier. Lucky he did not launch down a cliff. Got that fixed. Then he took it to a Ford dealer to get the oil changed on a coupon and they only put 4 quarts in it. Burned up the crank bearings. Got the engine rebuilt. That son has learned a few lessons and is much better with vehicles now. Then my 2nd son drove it for 4 years without a single issue. Sat in the garage for a couple years with very little use. So I sold it to my Brother in law for his daughter. Not even a month later she totaled it. Tough little beasts. Still wish I had that one back.

It's a 2014 Overland, V8, 4x4, trail rated package, and towing package.
Thanks guys, wife is loving it. She has only let me drive it once since we brought it home. Glad ya'll have had good experiences with yours. This is our first Jeep.
Drove it. Again!
Saw my first Shelby GT350 in person today in my neighborhood. Nice looking car. White with blue stripes. He flashed me about the same time I was sticking my hands out the window to give him the thumbs up. Pretty cool.

I am actually on #4. I am about a year out of getting #5, Overland, Summit, or if I can convince the wife maybe an SRT. So I guess you can tell I am a satisfied Jeep owner.
After all the fusing and complains I rec'd on the decals I finally rec'd them and got them stuck on/in the car... I rec'd 2 each, one smaller one that I decided to put on the left rear deck lid and the larger one I cut into and placed it in the engine compartment. Thanks to everyone for your unbiased opinions. For those interested and those who are not.....

Hope everyone has a great day!!!
