I checked for rat droppings and rat urine. Not the kind of Mustang day I wanted when it's in 60 in February.

Got my tires mounted on the new wheels! Spring needs to hurry up so I can get them on the car.

They're the Downforce DF5s. Same ones LMR carries, but they're made by Wheel Replicas. 20x8.5/20x10 with 255/35/20 and 275/35/20 Nitto NT555 GT2s. Dying to get them on, but I can't fit a jack under the front end without driving up on some 2x6s and I have yet to start it up this year. lol

They look great, what are they?

Today I received my new Steeda adjustable rear spring perches and the new Steeda/Hypercoil rear coilover springs in a 200-lb rating.

Hope to have them on tomorrow.

Yep me too! No starting for almost 4 months. Despite upper 50's the last few days, my patience is being tested, but I've been steadfast! Roads are still utterly gross.

Congrats Gabe! Install was easy. Pics please later today and feedback on if they solved your rubbing issues.

Thanks Burton, and yeah, install wasn't too bad.
I put about 50 miles on her after the install, and yes she's still filthy, I have YET to wash her ... lol

Car sits about a half inch higher in the back, it gained a nice stance that makes me drool every time I look at it, and it drives a bit firmer but certainly not annoying, it handles great and so far seems that the rubbing is gone.
I need to do a bit more "testing" and put a couple hundred miles on the new set-up and see how the springs settle before I call it done.

The new stance as of a few minutes after the install:

Thanks Burton ... I can think of one more thing that would make you even sadder ... if you saw just how dirty she is right now ... lol

Taking it in to have the strut mounts replaced, lowered 1/4" on the springs, exhaust readjusted for fit in the rear. The KW's wore out the original strut mounts.

Well due to the supposed "Snowmageddon V2.0" that we were "supposed" to get (never did...) I didn't do any thing with the stang...(plug I also needed to drive the truck some to give it some love any ways) buuuuuuut I did pick this little gem up today so I just need to figure out the adapter situation for adapting it to the Mustang wheel shaft spline deal...(joy) so if anyone wants to help in this respect please do, as for the wheel cant wait to put it in and see how it looks

So jealous!!!

Actually am thinking about starting her up this weekend and activating her insurance... 4.5 month hiatus. Although I'm not sure yet. Roads crappy, but 60 degrees this weekend.

I might take mine out of the garage tomorrow. Still a little too much salt on the roads, otherwise I'd be out driving for sure. Chance for a snow storm next week. Still winter.

Thanks bro.
I know. We may have great weather on Sunday. After beating the body up on Sunday at gym, I think I'll wash the truck.
I have a feeling Spring is coming sooner than later.

Gorgeous car!
You say, "roll it out". Does it not start? Or, did you not want to start it because it has been sitting and you just wanted it outside to wash it?
