Yeah, I knew/read about those too, but I also read that they don't really work. They're also quite pricey Does someone on here have one to verify they work and are worth the money? Otherwise, my manual rotation plan will do for now.

When our vehicles are not driven for an extended length of time, their stagnant state causes a "flat" spot on our tires. It will work its way out eventually after driving it. I don't want any flat spots of any kind, and I don't want to Jack the car up and have the strain on the suspension. So I elect to manually rotate the tires myself. The softer the tire, the more susceptible it is to flat spots. I have drag radials, so I fall in that category.

Burton, do you not leave the tickle charger on the beast when it is in hibernation?

Got the girlfriend's Shelby thawed out and in the garage today, after the Subaru engine repair finally got finished yesterday.
Forecasting 5-8" of snow in a few days so definitely not wanting the Shelby out there for that.

Had the car running for about an hour today while I was cleaning the driveway, got in it to pull it into the garage and there was barely any heat coming from the dash.
I had left the heat on High and full-hot, so was pissed to see I might have a bad t-stat or something else wrong with the Shelby ...

But for now it's in the garage, hood up, ready for the next blower mod to take place.

Also have to do the BMR Watts links on both cars, along with getting new tires mounted and wheels installed on both cars, all before the end of March when they're both going in to the World of Wheels car show in Boston.

^^That's great news about the Subaru Gabe. Good job man.
That sucks about the heat in the Shelby. It's like one thing after another. Hopefully it's just the t-stat. What's the plan for the supercharger?
Looks like some serious snow this weekend. We shall see, it's only Monday and this is New England. lol Hopefully we get nothing.

Yeah, hope for no snow but we'll see.
The t-stat is easy to do on the Shelby, so I'll pop a new one in when the blower goes back on after having the "5.8" shaved off the top, and getting it re-powdercoated in Vista Blue to match the stripes of the car

Yeah somebody local.
Same guy that just powdercoated the valve covers for Lisa's son's Mach1:

The car was still being worked on when this pic was taken:

Nothing, really ... I let the door open between the garage and the basement and the furnace keeps the area at almost 50 degrees

LOL

I just learned how to disable AdvanceTrac or put it in Sport Trac mode. Note to self, read the WHOLE manual

So my 0-60 improved from 4.27 to 4.14

Whoops it didn't finish the whole post. Sorry. I trickle charge at a slow 2A rate, then I pull it off since I do the same thing to all my cars, I share the Chargers. The winter never allows a full charge from a drive I think . So then I just hook up the mustang every few weeks or so.
