True, but that is the base motor, it does have a 400+ hp turbo v-6 available, and there are rumors of a much bigger motor coming. Either way, its rwd, lots of power, and its beautiful. Lincoln can't say that about anything they've got. That CT6 is a drop dead gorgeous car.

The problem I have with GM cars and especially Caddies is that their base price is low but they can be optioned out the wazoo to where the price with options in most cases can double the base price.

And Lincoln has ****. Wouldn't own one unless it was the Smaller crossover which I have no use of. Fords biggest mistake is no RWD sedan. Morons.

All cars are like that now from what I've seen the last few years of shopping. Look at the difference between a base Explorer and a loaded Platinum, you can run one of those up to near $60k, I couldn't ever have imagined a $60K Explorer a few years ago and I've been driving them since the early 90's and love them. Same with the Jeeps like mine.

Yep. And when you're in a base model, you know you're in a base model. Same car can go from crap to fantastic if you pay much more. I suppose for the money, that caddy should compare pretty well to its competition though. Lexus Mercedes BMW. That little cts coupe is one ugly bastard though. Even the CTSV is still fugly in the coupe version.

But Lincoln has Matthew McDoucheny doing those stupid **** commercials. Isn't that enough to overcome any advantage possessed by Cadillac?

Nice looking truck You can find the new ones for a great deal at the right time of the year. My husband stumbled across his 350 King Ranch Powerstroke dually for the base price which was $14k off the MSRP.

And tell the wife to try one hand on the door armrest and one hand on the seat and just bend her knees to give a little boost up and sliding her butt right into the seat. Not even try to lift her leg trying to climb up. That is what I used to have to do when I drove our Bronco with 38s and our Toyota with 40s.
Heheh. I'll tell her. She's 5'2" though so I'm not sure it will make much difference.

Hey Friends, it's been awhile! I've been working like crazy helping get my family through this tough season of life, and its been pretty wild, but its been worth every minute. Our daughter who had been born 10 weeks early is a year old now, and this weekend my wife graduates from Notre Dame Law School. I've been keeping up with a couple of you through Facebook, so I haven't felt totally out of the loop, but dang... I've missed y'all!
