Not a single person just being nosey. Nobody. That's never happened before. Usually you get about 60 people just looking around with a few possibilities. I don't know what happens 3 or 4 months from now when we finish the homes of our current customers.

I am trying to figure out how I can make my current salary with a business of my own.

But it seems like a lot of work to ever be able to make that much, not to mention the amount of 401k my company contributes I would lose that and i would technically need to make little over 20 an hour on my own to make up for it...

As someone who owns 1/2 of a few businesses, I would rather own this business than work for someone else. I'd have been laid off by now if I worked for someone else. Don't get me wrong I have options and more than one business but when all three struggle it gets a little scary.

Can you do side work to start with? Ease into it.

I debated for a week about 12 years ago when I left my last job for this. I've had a hellagood 12 years thats for sure. Way better than I would have had I stayed where I was. But now its like I've just got more at stake and much more to lose.

Would definatly be good to do side work first to get things going, I just have trouble focusing on things myself and need to drop all distractions to pursue anything else. I will give it a shot and see what happens. Thanks for listening to my struggles.

Chris I don't think anyone would mind as I'm very sure were all in the same boat so to speak, and telling it to perfect strangers is generally the best I find where we would get an u-biased opinion of the situation , sure listening can be hard @ times but 8/10 times it pans to be good intell. sorry to ramble on I currently have a Migrain head ache that I'd dang near think being dead is better yah right !

lmao:

THE SPOILED UNDER-30 CROWD!!!

If you are 30 or older you will think this is hilarious!!!!

When I was a kid, adults used to bore me to tears
With their tedious diatribes about how hard things were. When they
were
growing up; what with walking twenty-five miles to school every
morning

... Uphill...

BOTH ways

Yadda, yadda, yadda

And I remember promising myself that when I grew up,
There was no way in hell I was going to lay
a bunch of crap like that on kids about how hard I had it

And how easy they've got it!

But now that... I'm over the ripe old age of
thirty, I can't help but look around and notice the youth of today.

You've got it so easy! I mean, compared to my
childhood, you live in a **** Utopia!

And I hate to say it but you kids today
don't know how good you've got it!

I mean, when I was a kid we didn't have the "Internet". If we wanted
to
know something, we had to go to the **** library and
look it up ourselves, in the card catalogue!!

There was no email!! We had to actually write
somebody a letter, with a pen!

...Then you had to walk all the way across the street and put it in
the
mailbox and it would take like a week to get there!

There were no MP3's or Napsters! You wanted to
steal music, you had to hitchhike to the **** record store and shoplift
it
yourself!

Or you had to wait around all day to tape it off the radio and the
DJ'd
usually talk over the beginning and @#*% it all up!

We didn't have fancy crap like Call Waiting! If you
Were on the phone and somebody else called they got a busy signal,
that's
it!

And we didn't have fancy Caller ID either!
When the phone rang, you had no idea who it was! It could be your
school,
your mom, your boss, your bookie, your drug dealer, a collections
agent,
you
just didn't know!!! You had to pick it up and take your chances
mister!

We didn't have any fancy Sony Playstation video
Games with high-resolution 3-D graphics! We had the Atari 2600! With
games
like 'Space Invaders' and 'asteroids'. Your guy was a little square!
You
Actually had to use your imagination!! And there were no multiple
levels
or
screens, it was just one screen
Forever!

And you could never win. The game just kept getting
harder and harder and
faster and faster until you died! Just like LIFE!

Sure, we had cable television, but back then that
as only m-net and there was no on- screen menu and no remote
control!

You had to use a little book called a TV Guide to find out what was
on! You were screwed when it came to channel surfing! You had to get
off
your *** and walk over to the TV to change the channel and there was
no
Cartoon Network either! You could only get cartoons
on Saturday morning. Do you hear what I'm saying!?! We had to wait
ALL
WEEK !!!
for cartoons, you spoiled
little brats!!!

And we didn't have microwaves. If we wanted to heat
something up we had to use the stove ... imagine that!

If we wanted popcorn, we had to use that stupid Jiffy Pop thing
And shake it over the stove forever like an idiot.

That's exactly what I'm talking about! You kids
today have got it too easy.
You're spoiled. You guys wouldn't have lasted
five minutes back in 1980!

Regards,
The over 30 Crowd

Warm weather is OK. A cold front is blowing through right now. Black stang is collecting dust in the garage.

I drove it Sunday morning to pick up donuts for the kids. It drove nice. Sounded good. Bronco is in the driveway collecting dead leaves from the neighbors trees.

How's Nate doing Ed? Is he back to normal now?

On a lighter note, what did you think of the Challenger? Love the exterior, hate the interior?

He's much better thanks , the cop wants to meet and then have both kids meet ? that tells me he wants to sweep it away , When Hell Freezes over ! I liked it I worked for the people that own the Dealership & they like me so it may help. but when I'm in thinking mode , I think about it a while , heck the Mustang was Love at first sight not this don't get me wrong I'd love it but then I want my Mustang MORE ! Then my big sister sends a note yakking about how shall we divide to the 5 kids her wealth, & a Migrain set in I hate funerals and anything to do with I do not want to be a part of any squabbling so I said pretend I just don't exist ok.
Sorry I'm having a bad day and tomorrow I have to go to Vancouver for a friends funeral service and a wierd as that it bugs me more than family ?? I'm good so no need for sorrys and such. I'll be fine as soon as I shut up !
