CHP Aircraft Catches East Bay Motorcyclist Going 120 MPH On The Highway

At 2,000 feet and a mile away, that airplane is a speck in the sky. But with their high-tech cameras, they can see fine detail, down to the color of your shoes.

Wow. That is my home town. Ummm...I'm a little worried now, considering how I drive my daily commute through and around all the idiots that don't know how to drive. I may not necessarily speed but I can't stand being boxed in at 65 by all the retards in Prii, Camries, RX330s etc....wow.

Probably my favorite mass produced skins I've tried. I've never seen them at home, down here was the first time I came across them. And it was a fluke, I ran into the grocery store at closing time to get some beer for the next day and spotted a small bag of them on a rack as I was leaving.

These used to be my favorites..

But not anymore.

Maui is beautiful! I loved it there. We only did a day trip to Oahu when we went to Maui so we could see Pearl Harbor and the Punch Bowl. Then we went to Dukes for lunch. That was about all we had time for with it only being a day trip. I hear Kauai is gorgeous, but I've never been there.

Yes, although right now they are in Fort Irwin, CA @ the National Training Center for two months. They shipped their Strykers across the Pacific for the training too. I don't know if that means they are getting ready to go somewhere or if it is just because they are getting ready for their rotation for the Crisis Readiness Force

Been to Maui and Kauai. Two totally different islands. If I had to pick, I would go back to Maui. Spending a day just to do the volcano is well worth it. The pics going into the clouds, actually in the clouds, and then looking down on the clouds is awesome. Not to say Kauai is bad, it was beautiful but for my money Maui is where it's at. Rented a harley for a day and drove around the island until the road stopped; then turned around and drove back. Good times. Got pix if you're interested.

I had to use the office typewriter to fill out a couple forms. Holy crap that thing sucks! No wonder it took forever to get stuff done back in the day.

Was stationed in Hawaii for three weeks; the north shore is one of the best places to visit on the planet if you're taking a sports or active vacation, but I found the rest of it too touristy--meaning too clichéd and over-priced. The Bahamas were slower paced and less crowded, and also a bit cheaper.

If you want to really surprise her, take her to Tahiti. Not kidding.

I have to use ours once a year to do my 1099-INT forms because the quick books software doesn't support those forms.

Is that a mortgage interest 1099 Gary? I didn't think you were the lender too.

That's what I was thinking about Hawaii also. I hate the tourist trap sight seeing thing. Went spent a day in Grand Cayman and I just couldn't imagine anything more friendly and laid back. Plus I'm not sure if the Hawaii waters can compare to the Caribbean.
