Mustangs Coast to Coast
Life is a path with many forks. Hopefully the turn you just took will help you wind up in the place you want to be. Good luck, and enjoy the journey.
I am NEVER flying again. It's just not going to happen.
Gonna try to take the GT in tomorrow. I don't know what's wrong with it and I don't want to drive it cause with my luck it'll burst into flames, so I'm probably gonna have to have it towed. Plus our road is melting and there's no way it would make it down that slushy mess anyways. Even the Explorer was sliding all over the place tonight.

And apparently you need that 3rd car running well so you have a backup.
It started smoking from the passenger side of the engine yesterday after I started it for the first time in almost two months. Smelled like burnt rubber. No idea what it is. If a mouse got in there and chewed something, if it's just some residue from something burning off, or who knows. Plus there's a faint ticking in the front. I think the timing chain or something along those lines is going out, but I'm no mechanic so I really can't say.
Maybe that'll be my goal this summer to get it back in running condition.
Back to the Notch... you know a 4 cylinder is a good engine to learn on. If you ever thought of rebuilding it or even swapping a remanufactured engine in, it's a great way to gain some mechanical experience.

I was going to take it in anyways this month for a "checkup" before driving to Charlotte next month. Part of me doesn't think it'll make it half way and I should just trade it in for something else that doesn't need so much work, but part of me is really attached to it.
