Car dealership to pay $420G after Seattle Seahawks shutout New York
Published December 16, 2013

The holiday shopping season just got a little sweeter for 12 Seattle Seahawks fans.
The Seahawks manhandled the New York Giants 23-0 on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., thanks in part to five interceptions thrown by Giants quarterback Eli Manning. But the real winners are 12 people set to receive $35,000 apiece thanks to their participation in a “Seattle shutout” promotion at a Washington state car dealership

Lucky peeps! We had something similar during the Super Bowl with a local furniture store. They ended up giving away about $600k worth. I didn't even know about it until a friend of mine posted on FB, thanking Jacoby Jones and the store for her free living room set, lol.

those states with the best drivers is flawed .. in most of them you can drive for probably a thousand miles and not meet any traffic ...

Agreed. There's no way on earth that DC has some of the best drivers. I don't disagree with a lot of them, but there are certainly some things that weren't accounted for.

DC is terrible! I would be scared to drive around there. I remember every car I saw at least had one dent.

Judging a state's drivers on ability/quality based on insurance information is guaranteed failure. They don't judge drivers, they judge accidents. Fewer people means fewer accidents. It has been shown that accidents do not increase proportionally with traffic; they increase at a higher rate. Lots of things wrong with that list.

TX & Loo-Z-anna rank in the top 10 due to all the unlicensed, uninsured drivers causing wrecks

I've got so much crap to get done. Some Christmas shopping to finish, loose ends to tie up around here, gotta go the bank, wash the cars, a dinner Friday night that I've got to cook some stuff for, all before we leave Sat. morning and I haven't even started packing yet.
