Thanx for the reply. I talked to another neighbor and she mentioned if its an ISO they might need to pump 10k gallons (I asked why they couldn't just time how long it took to refill one or two portable basins rather than pumping 10k gallons out of the VFA well.).
Either way, to come on private property without permission and track all over it and pump water is just out of bounds.
This new fire chief is renting property and maybe he thinks these acres are part of his lease.
I don't want to cause trouble but in the past all kinds of individuals have disrespected private property and it has taken years to get it through people's heads that just because a house isn't on it doesn't mean its OK to snowmobile through it etc. Esp when there are thousands of acres of public forest service land that neighbors the subdivision. duh.

Hell, you should see what I have to go through at my place. I've got numerous fire roads that run into mine that I have to keep gated all the time because people think its cool to go up in there and throw out trash, go 4 wheeling, screw, drink and throw out bottles and rubbers, build bonfires, etc. And then when a group of these kids pile up in their Jeep or whatever to go up in there to party, get ****ed up, roll the damned thing, and somebody gets hurt or killed, their parents want to sue the **** out of me because it happened on my property, even though they were trespassing.
