Sorry guys - I was out for a bit. Dish has it on Science channel. I didn't check the date on the dvr for tonight's program, but the punkin chunkin site says the event is 11.1-3, 2013, but airs on Thanksgiving night. So the dvr tonight must be last years like you said.

Kind of irritated with Mustang people today. Went for a cruise in the 500 and got no love. Right after I left the house I met a really sharp True Blue new edge. He was turning into the road I was pulling out of from a stop. Threw up a few fingers over the rim of the wheel and nothing in return.

Then later I met a 13-14 500 going in the opposite direction at an intersection. We were only doing 35 mph or so and I threw my hand up at him. He was looking directly at my car so I know he saw me, and nothing back. Just turned his nose up when he saw what year it was. Guess that's the attitude of the guys with the "new" ones. **** him.

Then a little while after that I met a '13 Boss with a shaker hood. Waved at him, he looked right at me and didn't even acknowledge I threw a hand up.

**** him too.

No one ever waves to me, so when someone actually does, by the time I react, they're already past me.

I'm trying to watch this eco/liberal/progessive/tree hugger/ propaganda movie Promised Land on HBO, but everything is echoing. It goes back and forth, but so far a lot of it is recorded with a massive echo on the sound. Is something wrong with my reception or is this how the movie is recorded? Its getting on my nerves.

I've had the opposite the past few days. Got several comments yesterday, and on the way back from the store earlier, I pulled out onto a 50mph stretch of hwy at a brisk pace like I always do there, because why the hell not. I didn't realize there was a Maurader next to me, it was black and at night, he heard my exhaust note, and floored it. That car sounded **** good. We got to the light and I talked to him for a bit.

My God I've never seen propaganda this strong in a mainstream movie in my life. Straight up, in your face, full blown DNC, progressive brainwashing. So full of misinformation and lies, never seen anything like this outside of fringe productions.

Absolutely mind blowing that crap like this is now mainstream.

They're in Ky. and since the start of the movie they've been looking at how small the horses are (alluding to the fact that drilling for oil, or gas, or fracking is stunting their growth). Then as he starts to realize that he is evil because he works for a petroleum company, they are riding along and commenting once again how small the horses are, comparing them to goats that are in the field next to them.

They think that the horses may be normal but the goat are large for a few minutes, then they decide (people that know nothing about live stock) decide that the goats are normal sized, but the horses are tiny. Must be due to fracking that are making the horses small.

Really? The horses and goats all graze on the same pastures, why are the horses small and the goats normal ( according to the movie)? Because people identify with horses and have a soft spot for them, therefore they will side with the mantra that the movie puts out.

What a load of ****. If the goats and horses are grazing in the same pastures why aren't they all puny and sickly?

I don't know who you're talking about but they're obviously morons. Different breeds, different crosses, and different lines within each breed dictate size far more than what or where they're grazing.
I gave up hbo because of that crap and bm. Not going to support them financially.

Hell if I know, I like to torture myself I guess. Same reason I (try) to watch Bill Maher. Just a damned idiot I guess, and I like to hear what the other side is saying.

I don't know, I just like watching the movies, and the shows like East Bound and Down along with others. And of course the ol' lady pays for it because she likes it, so I take advantage of it, lol.

I've enjoyed some of their series but hell they never (hardly) play any recent movies. Remember when they used to show theater movies before anyone else did? I had like 4 or 5 hbo channels in the package and they were mostly 3 and 4+ year old movies.

Lee these lights are amazing! The only problems are a) I have great night vision but this spoils that for a bit, b) I'm afraid to shine it in the pasture for fear of blinding the horses.

The dirt road in front runs straight for 5 electric poles - 1200'. And if a coyote was at the other end I'd light him up like day!

So yes the barn at 100yds is like a ball field.

I know what you mean, I love this thing. Now I'm addicted and want to buy more, bigger, brighter ones. Its like a drug, the new wears off shortly and you need more to satisfy it.

And I know what you're saying. My yard is pretty big down to the woods and it lights up the place in a stupid bright way.

But, when I go down to where my property changes into woods, it will blind the hell out of you when you pass it by a tree that is close and it reflects back at you.

Crap. Snow on the ground. I'll have to be careful of snow blindness with the flashlight this winter.
