I need a day off.........I don't think I can wait until my vacation in August. I haven't taken a day off yet this year and I'm starting to feel a little burnt out

I haven't taken a vacation since mid 2009. Some three day weekends but that's it and those were just at home so still ended up working...

What's funny is I took the day off when I went truck shopping and I left my phone at home.... You would have sworn the world stopped spinning. Between all my jobs I had 200+ emails, over 100 text, and like 30 missed calls. I guess I multitask well during the day because it doesn't seem like that much

Apparently at 12.5 the computer turns you into Klingon and it calls you a "Post be'Hom Ha'DIbaH"!

Which reminds me of my favorite trekkie joke:

"What does the Starship Enterprise and toilet paper have in common?

They both circle Uranus and wipe out Klingon's".

Yeah, it sucks. I've been able to do some of it, but doing it all is just too much right now. Not to mention that we've gotten so much rain that its growing faster than you can keep it mowed. Been having to just do sections at a time when I can in between and then letting his guys do everything in one lick every other week.

Thanks Charlie, I'll look into that.
Now THAT'S a big *** yard Lee.

I've suffered a lot mentally going through this ordeal but i am fine today.

I was on Dilaudid for months and with time ( about 2 years ) and some physiotherapy, stretching, osteopathy, i finally managed to avoid surgery and can go about my normal life. Just gotta be careful at what i do and know my limits.

I can even jog a few miles 2-3 times a week.

Hang in there, you'll see better days i'm sure.
I feel your pain guys. I have the L5 busted too. It really sucks not being able to do anything the way you used to.
