That's cool and thanks for more cool places to check out. Tomorrow I plan on spending the day here in NC. I will be going to Grandfather Mount and spend the day hiking and taking more pics and maybe videos. I prob will spend the night here again, and then head over to Georgia on Monday. Like I said before I have never done anything like this before. SO I am making every second count and as much fun as I can have. I seen they have a zip line I might try to do that monday morning lol.
If you leave Grandfather and head south about 1 1/2 hrs you can be in Asheville. Then you can check it out a little bit and if you leave Asheville and head about 1 1/2 hrs to Tail of the Dragon. Shorter trips in the car are never as boring. Otherwise if you head to the tail right from Grandfather, it will be about 3 hrs

Also their small sqaure bales run about 50 pounds.
Thats why i am hoping that I can afford a semi with a lowboy flatbed to haul hay from the west coast to the ranch for the horses instead of having to get the hay from back east.

The entire West NC, East TN, NE GA area is incredible for roads. just head that way, and even without knowing where you're going (or caring) you'll find a ton of awesome roads.
