That's what I hear. We really need to start visiting some of these places so we can decide.
Isn't it usually the 2nd day that's worse? I tried getting back on the softball field about yen years ago. Pulled a hamstring and that was all she wrote, lol! Never played again.
I've always been pretty lucky and never had to work at it......until the last few years. Everything changes when you get older. I need to start working out so I can try to tone up a lil bit.

That is nice. Got my diploma in the mail this weekend, finally, graduated in September. Was more excited about the suction cup mount for my camera though, lol.
