A Man Just Needs Some....
Pitched an entire batting practice to a team of 12yr olds. Probably not gonna be able to move my arm in the morning. Worth it to see those kids crush the ball. Hell yes. Might change my mind if it was worth it tomorrow.

I used to be able to eat whatever and not gain weight, not so much anymore. Been eating better and exercising, cut down on the beer some too. Might try and actually run outside tomorrow if it's not raining.

I actually hate running, would much rather ride my bike, but don't have it with me. Might try riding into work a few times a week when I get home, think it's only 7-8 miles.
