I like Miranda, I just wish you would listen to some of my stuff with an open mind. I guarantee much of the current country stuff came from the southern rock and country of my day.

Heck, rock music wouldn't be around if it weren't for country. I try to keep an open mind. Funny thing is, I'll probably be saying the same thing to the next generation. lol

There are not many artist that make "real" country music these days. Most are pop music manufactured by record companies. In my opinion this is pretty much the last true country music that was produced.

)Just want to expose you to what I see as real country. Miranda and others are great, but I guarantee if you asked any of them they would mention Keith Whitley as inspiration.

When I get mine done it will have 5% on the hatch and side windows where the back seat would be and a 5% strip on top of the front windshield and the door windows will prolly be 20%

I've hated current country music for a while. But I admit that lately I listen to it because of the woman and I find myself listening to it more and more, especially when there is no talk radio to listen to. But when I'm in the 500 I wear the Jukebox out with the albums I've put into it.

Well the new comapny that took over the contract out here aint giving us the benfits we want. Oh wait they arent even giving us benefits so everybody is telling them to go screw themselvs and going home. They will lose the contract due to not having anybody working for them.
This is what they are offering us....
Supervisors ....25 an hour
Mechanics lower than that
No vacation pay/time saving up
No Per Diem
No overtime---84 hours a week straight time
No health benefits
The total of all wages equals 101,000 with a 6,000 bonus at the end of contract. Currently I am getting paid 130,000 with all benefits.
Would you stay in a war zone for that?

Yeah so far the new company is losing about 95% of the total work force that is out here already.
The Army is pissed and telling them to fix this problem ad they havent done anything about it and they were told that like 2 weeks ago at least cuz they have been having whole teams quit just from the rumors that were going around

Oh and I also forgot to say that they have till April 30th to fix this out here otherwise they lose around 95% of the civilian helo mechs and will leave the Army with no support from us
