No grey here, falls out before that. Getting in shape definitely helps. Can do most of what I did when younger, it just takes a whole lot longer to recover.

Yeah, I've got that problem too. Noticeable thin spot on top at the crown. I've been thinking of converting to Judaism so I can wear a yarmulke, it would cover it up perfectly.
