Hi back...
Wow - just got a true 0% for 12 mos!! - no upfront balance transfer fee!
I haven't seen a true zero in years. Got one card where the 0%/12 mos (3% fee) is coming due next month and so I've been watching offers so I can roll it. This one popped in the mail from Discover and we are cleared for take off!!

Ok so my local Ford dealer doesnt have bubkus.
A town 25 miles east on the coast has a 2012 GT500 SVT PP with stripe delete and no other options.
A town 25 miles to the northwest has a 2012 GT500 SVT PP with red/silver stripes, Nav, and recaros
A town 25 miles to the southwest has a 2012 Boss in Kona and white no options
I'm thinking of parting out Seven and moving on.
What should I do...
1. Keep Seven
2. Black sleeper Shelby
3. Black Shelby with Recaros and sweet stripes
3. My favorite color Boss that looks so sick.

1. You know if your heart is still in it with 7, that's a decision only you can make.
2. A black stripe delete really caught my eye when I was looking, but in the end my opinion is that a Shelby just needs to have stripes. Its tradition that goes back decades. So stripe delete was out, but the one I looked at was gorgeous, PP, Electronics, Glass roof, but it just wasn't "the one".
3. I'd spend some time in the Recaro's before I went that route. I tried them out when I was looking and decided against them. I felt like they would be too confining over a long drive (however I was larger then). They also seemed like they would hinder my ingress and egress which was compounded by the fact that they're not power, and some mobility issues I have. Beside the fact that power would have made it easier for me to get in and out, I couldn't see having a $50K+ car with a manual seat. It's a grand touring car, and should have some amenities. It still pisses me that you can't get a passenger power seat, and heated seats in it. That's just me though.
4. I think if I were in your position with already having what I would consider the ultimate stripped down track car that Ford ever made, the Boss would probably be last on the list unless I was keeping 7 and adding another toy. A lot of people on here say that the Boss is as fast or faster than the 500. I haven't driven one, but looking at where the power is made comparing the 2, I can't imagine that the Boss is as fun on the street as the 500 and that's where I drive mine. That torque down low that just keeps building reminds me of old school big block muscle cars, without the drawbacks they had. I don't like having to wind a car to the moon before things start happening, I'm impatient. When I jump on that pedal I want it to happen NOW, and in mine it does. You don't even really have to downshift for it to give you that "feeling" when you're cruising around, just mat the throttle. Not to mention how intoxicating the sounds it makes are, and that just adds to the enjoyment and fun factor.

I'm still quite miffed at the fact that Ford doesnt offer a frickin telescoping wheel in the Mustangs. I'll be honest, I'd prefer that over anything else in the car. When you have the seat all the way back, it's a **** stretch to get to the wheel. I can't drive like that.

I sit all the way back and have never had a problem reaching the steering wheel.
