Ok, im gonna start b****ing about the heat. High today, 96, the rest of the week, upper 90's. Next week, 100....... Normally this doesnt happen till half way through July.

Yep. Florida is freaking full of them in the winter too. In the spring and fall you can spot them coming and/or going through the South. Cadillacs packed to the roof with clothes and junk, wearing those big black glasses like they give you when you've had your eyes dilated, and doing 20 under the speed limit in the middle or fast lane with the turn signal perpetually on. Oblivious to the fact that a big rig is 2 feet from their bumper flashing his lights and laying on the horn to move over.

Won't be your best introduction to it. Most commercial made and sold jerky is required by the USDA to have a certain amount of beef or pork with it. Your not going to get just straight up Elk. Online suppliers may be your best source, sadly I dont know of any right off hand.
