When I say I grew up in StL, I was waaay out in the County at the other end from downtown. Behind my house was woods. Small farms were getting developed into subdivisions but it was pretty rural still.
But downtown in the 60's when I grew up, they had some housing projects called Pruitt Igoe.

Its where boxers Leon & Michael Spinks grew up.
Many of the residents tore wire and pipes out of the walls to sell for scrap till they finally had to tear them down.
I stocked up and bought wire for my new house in 04. I think its quadrupled since then.

Well, I suppose you could use the fact that my sister caught a walleye and a northern (which mysteriously disappeared), while I caught nothing. Sad thing is I'm the one who had to put her pole together and bait it for her. 
And 65 is not cold! Take a shower in water that's been sitting underground all through a mn winter. That is cold!

I dont have a pool. But theres plenty of lakes

The Challenger is very close to Vista blue on the Mustang
I'd be in real trouble there, if there was any shrinkage at all, I wouldn't be able to find it. Got pics though. And video of my sisters getting them off the hook. My help only goes so far. 
No idea what the temp is, but the water heater is not working up here (at our cabin). Considering some fool ripped the copper faucet and pipe off the outside, I guess we're lucky to just have running water.

Leon took out one of my favorite childhood athletes* - Muhammad Ali - who was African American and Muslim - and I'm a Judeo-Christian honky (back then a Catholic).
Hell I'm about to send money to Herman Cain - and I've never given a dime to a political candidate, But geez, a Fed Governor and a successful businessman... that makes a helluva lot of sense to boot? Yes!
And that nips the 'racist' argument in the bud before it gets going.
*(several of whom were black and/or Hispanic - see 60's Cardinals. Bob Gibson, Curt Flood, Lou Brock, Julian Javier!, Orlando Cepeda, etc.)

I had a pretty **** good day meself: got up and watched the Monaco F1 GP, went to the driving range, then played 18, went to my buddies house, got some wings, drank quite a few sliver bullets, and played some backyard games. My team just flat dominated in everything: hitting pine cones over the fence with a crappy 9 iron, bocce, cornhole, and ladder golf. Awesome day.
