Update: Looks like they've estimated about $6,200 worth of damage so far.... sounds like a total loss to me. So....I'll probably get to go car shopping again!!
I'd like an SUV....preferable AWD, lowest possible miles of course, and lowest possible price. 15k MAX.....but Id rather be around 10K or less to be honest. I'll be financing, so it cat be too old. so Chris, if you're listening....

Also I think they make the back end look kinda fat. Might have to put her on a diet. Thanks guys. It feels like a dream to be actually staring at it and feeling it.

Started tearing down the engine. So far there's only one bent rod w a broken piston, with no scoring on the cylinder bore
The bearings are shot, the rocker arms are worn out @ the fulcrums, so now I have an excuse for getting roller rockers I decided to forget about the 351 for the moment and fix this thing so it can be put on the road again. I'll probably replace the piston/rod that's busted and re-ring the others. I'll have to take the crankshaft to a machine shop to see if the rod journal is out of round and needs resurfacing. This will take some time...
