Funny - though I love music, I can't get any focused work done with music on - my mind keeps concentrating on the guitar licks. lol So I have to turn it off.

Try clicking on "User CP" then on the left click on "Edit Options". Scroll almost to the bottom and make sure under Date & Time settings you have "Automatically detect DST setting" selected. If not that could be your issue. It seems to be working fine for me on my Droid.
